For Business Clients

Businesses using Ellie AI agree to use the service only for legitimate business communications, comply with all applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and be responsible for all messages sent through their Ellie account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ellie AI to send spam, harass or harm any individual, violate any applicable laws, or transmit any unlawful or objectionable content.

Limitation of Liability
