SMS Messaging & Consent
End users consent to receive SMS messages by completing the opt-in form at ellie-website-jade.vercel.app/book-a-demo where a checkbox explicitly confirms consent to receive automated SMS messages.
End users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers including Twilio, Anthropic, and Supabase solely to operate our service, and as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain conversation data for up to 90 days. After this period, data is deleted unless required by law.
